Excellent communication with
your sailors and their parents is vital to the conduct of a well-organized high
school program.
The following documents are typical of the kind of paperwork generated for a high school sailing team. Volunteer coaches are busy people, so perhaps these documents might serve as a time saving starting point for your own team handouts. Feel free to use what you like and eliminate what you don't.
Most coaches, if asked, will share forms that they use year in and year out, making only minor adjustments to correct or freshen the documents. The exception in the following group, is Jobson's List which I did not write (thank you Gary), but which is handed out to all my sailors each year.
